Bobby

With a passion for food, Bobby entered the food scene back in 2016 after a workplace accident. As a self confessed “Ramen Addict” already, ramen and japanese cuisine in general simply made sense. Deciding to trade in his tool bag for a pair of chopsticks and an apron has been “the best decision he’s ever made” and since then, he’s never looked back.

Starting the business through a series of restaurant takeovers and pop-up events, bobby has grown i like ramen into a full-fledged business with a bricks and mortar store on the Gold coast and more recently in Brisbane.

Dom

Originally from Jamaica, Dom has lived all around the world working in the hospitality industry, finally setting in Australia.

After completing a masters degree in business and quickly learning that the corporate world wasn’t for him, Dom followed his heart and passion for vegan food - working in Byron Bay before eventually reaching out to Bobby (who was running i like ramen at the time). It didn’t take long for the two to realise they should be in business together.

The rest is history.
